1 1/2	c	Water
2 1/3	c	Whole wheat flour
1/3	c	Brown rice flour
1/3	c	Gluten flour
1 1/2	tb	Dry milk
2 1/2	tb	Honey
1 1/2	tb	Oil
4	ts	Yeast

Add the liquid ingredients, then the dry, topped with the yeast. Set machine for whole wheat mode. Wheat and brown rice flour and the nutty chewiness of cooked brown rice gives this fragrant bread a wallop of nitrition in every slice. Added by Janet JUengling-Snell
